The Counts Family

I went back to Wisconsin recently for a nice, long getaway. While I was there, I filled my days up with photographing clients, family and some of my very best friends. (Prepare to be bombarded with upcoming blog posts with all of the peeks I've got for you!) While I worked a lot this trip, (which isn't really work because I love it so much!) I did have some down time also! Many lunch, coffee, margarita & dinner dates, exploring my old city, a birthday party and just a lot of visiting. Oh, and don't forget the dog & niece snuggling! After 5 days in Madison, Sun Prairie & my sister's farm, I headed to my parents' house and snuggled with my dog for 3 days straight! It was such a wonderful trip home.

This family right here is one of my favorite little families in my world. Bridget is one of my very best friends and I've photographed her wedding day, when her and Chad welcomed their fur baby Dusty into their lives and now their baby Cece, who isn't really a baby anymore!

We took some photos in downtown Sun Prairie and at their home. I had such a great time catching up with these wonderful people and I love love love their little family. Cece is so lucky to have these guys as her parents!

Happy 9 months, Miss Cecelia! I really miss living down the street from you guys and walking the dogs together!

Lucas, Nik & Kash - Class of 2017

I headed back to Wisconsin last weekend for a day of senior portraits with these handsome guys. They're all about to start their senior year at Oregon High School and I had so much fun getting to know them. I personally think it's not so fun having your photo taken, so I try to make my clients, especially seniors, really comfortable. We joke around a lot and I act like a big goof. You might even catch me singing or dancing just to make you relaxed. I got your back! These guys were great to work with and I can't wait to see where they head after high school. Enjoy your senior year, guys!

My Favorite Little Ladies

I got to spend some time with all FIVE of my nieces last weekend and it was incredible. That never happens! I adore all of these little ladies and love every second I get to spend with them. It was a few days past Avianna's fifth birthday so we put together the Chicago puzzle I gave her and she had me paint her nails. She chose a different color for every finger and toe - I hope she never loses her sense of style! Aurelia's two now and just a crazy tornado that doesn't sit still long enough to even look at the camera. Ansleigh is six months and sitting up all by herself and still making crazy faces. Mataya is already taller than me and I love how much she loves her sisters!

We even got a photo of all of the grand babies together for my mom. Skyler is just over a month old here and she's already looking so big. Time sure does fly. Can't wait to see all of these girls in my city this week. We're going to explore Chicago, eat pizza & ice cream and hit up the Shedd. So excited! I love being Auntie Coney more than anything in the world.
