Dominic - Chicago In-Home Newborn Session

Two of my favorite people in the world became parents last month and I’m so excited to show you their sweet, smiley baby. He wins the award for the smiliest baby I have ever met & photographed in a newborn session! He also slept like a dream, which made my job pretty easy. Watch out world, this little guy is going places.

Congratulations Shannon & Brian - he’s perfect! I thought the two of you together were incredible as a couple, and individually. But then I saw you become parents and goodness, does parenthood look fabulous on you guys. He is SO lucky to have you as his mom and dad. Enjoy all of those newborn snuggles, but save a few for me… ;) Much love!

Sweet Little Pumpkin - Madison Newborn Session - Madison, WI

I’ve been photographing this sweet little family since their oldest was a few weeks old. Baby number 3 came a few weeks ago and I was SO excited when they asked me to come back to Madison for his newborn photos. This family is so special to me not only because I’ve been photographing them for so long, but because I grew up two houses down from Adam and he and his brothers were always like brothers to me. (Like the time they locked my sisters and I in the laundry room when we were over for a snow day, or when we would make homemade fruit rollups or popcorn/cranberry strands at Christmas time!!) I will always adore him like older sisters do, and I love how much he loves Lindsey and their little family! It was so hare to choose just a few, but my favorites from their session are below. Welcome to the world, Mr. Mac! You are SO loved.

Shannon - Montrose Beach - Chicago, IL Maternity Session

I’m so excited to publish this post and share with the world! Shannon is one of my dearest friends of all time and even though I’ve only known her since moving to Chicago, it feels like we’ve known each other forever. So taking her maternity photos with her and her doting hubby Brian was extra special for me. I love this lady like a sister and I cannot wait for baby B to get here and give him or her alllllllll of the snuggles! He or she really is a lucky baby to have these guys as their mom and dad.
